Reservation, Payment And Cancellation Policy
Reservation – Payment Method.
To ensure a seamless reservation process, you can easily book your spot through various convenient methods, such as WhatsApp, email, or by filling out a form.
To ensure the security of your reservation, we kindly request a 50% deposit within 3 days of making your reservation. Failure to submit the deposit in a timely manner will result in the release of your reservation.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be made via bank transfer at least 15 days before the start date of the retreat.
Payments made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) will be converted based on the daily exchange rate.
In the event of cancellation, please be aware that the 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Guest Cancellation Policy.
At One Fit Wellness, we have a strict no-refund policy for all modifications, postponements, or cancellations of scheduled retreat dates. However, if you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival, your payment deposit can be transferred to another Wellness Retreat date and package. The full credit amount will be deducted from the new prices upon making a new reservation. If desired, we are more than happy to transfer your credit to another individual’s name.
The following cancellation policies may apply depending on when you decide to cancel.
If you cancel 15 days ( low season ) or 22 days ( high/peak season) before the trip, you may receive a partial refund of up to half of the remaining payment (depending on the situation).
Unfortunately, no partial refunds will be granted for cancellations within 14 days (low season) or 21 days (high season) of the trip for any reason.
Our cancellation policy is strict and does not allow for any exceptions. It is important for guests to understand that we do not offer credit or refunds for late arrivals or early departures, regardless of the circumstances.
Any No-show and/or Early check-out will be charged 100% from the total amount confirmed.
Photography And Video
During the Retreat, there may be instances where we capture photographs or record videos for promotional and educational purposes. One Fit Wellness Bali reserves the right to utilize these materials for marketing. If you prefer not to have your image featured in any of the pictures or videos, please inform us and we will ensure your privacy is respected.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any One Fit Wellness Bali Retreats or activities, you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms. In consideration for your participation, you agree to release PT. Binar Adisri Loka, along with its officers and employees, from any actions, claims, damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of your involvement in any activity offered by One Fit Wellness Bali.
Please note that PT. Binar Adisri Loka does not provide liability insurance to protect individuals, groups, organizations, businesses or spectators who participate in activities organized under the name ONE FIT WELLNESS BALI.
When engaging in any activities associated with One Fit Wellness Bali, you acknowledge and assume all risks involved. This includes situations where negligence or carelessness occurs on the part of those individuals or entities being released. It also includes risks related to dangerous or defective equipment or property owned and maintained by them. Additionally, possible liability without fault is considered part of these assumed risks.
Please make sure to thoroughly read and comprehend our cancellation policy before making a reservation. We understand that unforeseen events can happen, which is why we strongly advise obtaining travel cancellation insurance once your reservation has been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that One Fit Wellness Retreats is forced to cancel a scheduled retreat date, you have the option to transfer your payment to another package and date or receive a full refund from us. Please note that any expenses incurred in preparation for the canceled retreat, such as airfare or lost wages, are not the responsibility of One Fit Wellness.
Rest assured that all personal information you provide will be treated with confidentiality. We will not share your details with any third parties without your consent, unless required by law or regulation.
The prices of our retreats are subject to change based on seasonality and availability.
When you purchase our retreats, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth.
