At One Fit Wellness Bali, we value transparency, care, and clarity at every step of your journey. These Terms & Conditions outline our policies for Wellness Escapes and Mind Care services, helping ensure a smooth, respectful, and well-held experience for all guests. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Wellness Escapes — Reservations & Payments

Reservation Process & Securing Your Stay

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Once received, your reservation will be held while we finalise availability with our partner resorts.

 

Availability & Peace of Mind

If your requested dates are unavailable, your deposit will be fully refunded.

 

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days prior to your program start date.

 

Currency

Payments made in currencies other than IDR are converted at the prevailing daily exchange rate at the time of payment.

 

Cancellation & Flexibility

To preserve the integrity, preparation, and exclusivity of our curated programs, confirmed reservations are generally non-refundable. However, we offer the following flexibility where possible:

 

  • 60+ days before arrival: Your deposit may be transferred to a different date, package, or guest name (subject to availability).
  • Low Season: Cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the remaining balance.
  • High / Peak Season: Cancellations made at least 22 days before arrival may be reviewed for partial refund eligibility.
  • Short-Notice Changes: Within 14 days (Low Season) or 21 days (High / Peak Season), no refunds or credits can be issued.
  • Arrivals & Departures:Late arrivals, early departures, or unused services are charged at 100% of the confirmed program value.

” Recommendation : We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical, and personal liability coverage. “

2. Mind-Care — Attendance & Cancellations

These policies apply to all Mind Care sessions, whether booked independently or as part of a Wellness Escape.

 

Presence & Punctuality

Sessions begin promptly. To get the most from your journey, we encourage arriving a few minutes early to settle in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be recorded as a missed appointment and will not proceed, in order to protect the integrity of the clinical hour. Please note that late arrivals are unable to extend the scheduled end time.

 

Thoughtful Scheduling & Cancellations

We honor your time and the deep intention our practitioners bring to every session. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the time to another guest on their path to renewal. Changes made within this 24-hour window, or sessions not attended, are considered missed and cannot be replaced or transferred.

 

Our Promise

In the unlikely event that a practitioner needs to reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide priority booking at your earliest convenience to ensure your care continues without interruption.

 

3. General Program Adjustments & Pricing

Changes & Force Majeure

Programs, schedules, locations, or facilitators may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, safety considerations, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes will always be made with your wellbeing and experience in mind.

 

Cancellations by One Fit Wellness Bali

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a program, you may choose to:

 

  • Transfer your payment to another available date, or
  • Receive a full refund of all payments made to One Fit Wellness Bali.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for external costs such as flights, visas, or third-party bookings.

 

Pricing

Program pricing may change based on seasonality and operational requirements. Once your reservation is confirmed, your agreed price will not change for that booking.
