I can’t thank Agie enough for the entire experience. In terms of yoga, she’s a professional and highly experienced yoga teacher. The class was tailored to my preference and ability. She guided me to push my limits without being harsh, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t realize I could do so much more than I thought while feeling completely safe. Honestly I wish I could be her regular student😊

Beyond her profession, she’s honest, genuine and a good listener. We had deep conversations and her soul searching questions helped me reflect on myself, which is a meaningful bonus during this retreat.

Although the resort is shared by other guests who are not participants of the retreat, it is peaceful and calming. The location is perfect as I want tranquility and being away from the city life. It’s surrounded by a lovely village and rice fields. I love being accompanied by the sounds of nature every minute of my stay, and I could even see the beautiful volcano Agung from my room.

The villagers and the hotel staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly as well. One of the villagers even invited me to their house, and explained the meaning of different parts of their Balinese house.

This retreat gave me memories to last a lifetime. My heart is full. Thank you Agie for creating this beautiful journey❤️
