2. Photography, Media & Promotional Storytelling

We may occasionally capture photography or videography during our programs for educational or promotional storytelling. However, your comfort is always respected:

  • If you prefer not to be included in any photos or videos, please inform us in advance.
  • We will fully and unconditionally honour your wishes to be excluded from any media production.

3. Mind Care Specialist Privacy & Safety Standards

Because Mind Care offers evidence-based support delivered by certified wellness practitioners and licensed psychologists, we uphold strict professional ethics and international best practices for clinical privacy.

Thoughtful Coordination & Intake Review

To ensure we provide the right level of care, our clinical coordinator reviews your initial intake form before your first session. This allows us to tailor the experience to your needs or, if necessary, gently guide you toward specialised medical or emergency services that fall outside the scope of Mind Care.

Your Rights, Choice & Consent

We believe in a collaborative and transparent path to care. Before beginning, you will be asked to review and confirm an informed consent form so you fully understand the nature, scope, and boundaries of Mind Care. You always have the right to:

  • Ask about your practitioner’s qualifications.
  • Request access to your intake information.
  • Pause or discontinue your care journey at any time.

Your consent is the absolute foundation of our work together.

4. Continuity of Care

We maintain secure, restricted-access notes solely to support your progress. Whether you are continuing care from an in-person stay in Ubud or transitioning to telehealth support at home, our focus is on providing a seamless, safe, and deeply respectful experience for your emotional wellbeing.

5. Participation & Liability Disclaimers

By participating in any One Fit Wellness Bali program, you acknowledge that wellness travel and related activities involve inherent physical, emotional, and environmental factors. You agree to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and personal limits.

Guests release PT. OneFit Global Wellness, its team, partners, and representatives from liability arising from participation, except where required by law. Please note that we do not provide participant personal accident or travel insurance. Guests are responsible for maintaining their own appropriate coverage.
