  • How is One Fit Wellness different?  We curate personalised, year-round wellness journeys in Bali that blend expert-led practices, cultural immersion, and restorative hospitality. Each experience is designed as a private or small-group journey, allowing for a deeply personal level of care, flexibility, and unhurried attention.
  • Can I join if I’m travelling alone? Yes—solo travellers are warmly welcomed. Many of our guests join us specifically for a private, restorative experience dedicated to self-discovery.
  • What if I’m the only guest during my stay? Your program runs in full with dedicated guidance, personalised sessions, and nourishing meals. Whether your journey is private or shared, each experience is thoughtfully designed to remain intimate and tailored to your specific needs.
  • Will I meet like-minded people? Quite possibly. When journeys are shared, optional group activities and communal dining create natural opportunities for connection— always with full respect for your personal space and boundaries.
  • Do I have to follow a strict schedule? No. Our programs are thoughtfully structured yet remain fluid, allowing ample space for rest, spontaneity, and personal preferences.
  • Can I simply relax without joining activities? Absolutely. You are free to enjoy treatments, quiet walks, or unstructured time by the pool. Your journey is yours to shape.
  • Can I extend my stay? Yes—our reservations team is happy to arrange additional nights and continued personalised services for you.

 


Wellness & Care

  • What is Mind Care and how does it work? Mind Care provides confidential, evidence based support with certified practitioners and licensed psychologists. Sessions can be arranged in advance or during your stay in Ubud.
  • Are the Wellness Tools included in my Escape? Yes—all guests enjoy access to our digital suite, including Mind Games, Breathing Timers, Hydration and Sleep Rhythm Checks, and the Body Balance Index.
  • How should I disclose medical conditions or injuries? Please share these details during the booking process. This allows us to tailor your sessions safely and effectively to your physical needs.

 


The Starter Kit

  • Can I request a different kit item? Special requests can be noted at the time of booking. While kits are curated for each specific escape, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Are the kits reusable and do I keep them? Yes. We prioritise high-quality, reusable items designed for longevity. The Starter Kit is our gift to you, intended to be a lasting companion on your wellness journey after you return home.

 


Payments & Arrival

  • What are the payment and cancellation policies? A 50% deposit secures your reservation, with the final balance due 15 days prior to arrival. Bookings are generally non-refundable; therefore, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or medical needs.
  • Are airport transfers included? Transfers are available upon request. Please enquire with our concierge for pricing and coordination.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times? These are set by our partner resorts and will be confirmed at the time of your booking. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.

 


Dietary & Lifestyle

  • Can you accommodate allergies and dietary preferences? Yes. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and halal requirements. Please provide these details in your Registration Form prior to arrival so our culinary team can prepare accordingly.
  • What is the policy on alcohol and smoking? Alcohol is available, along with a wide range of non-alcoholic infusions. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. We can easily accommodate a completely smoke-free or alcohol-free stay upon request.
  • What is the tipping policy? Tipping is not required; however, gratuities are sincerely appreciated and go directly toward supporting our local Balinese team

 


Sustainability & Ethics

  • How do you support the local community? We prioritise seasonal, local produce and collaborate with Balinese artisans and guides for all cultural immersions. Furthermore, each Escape contributes directly to local mental health initiatives, such as Bali Bersama Bisa.
  • How is my privacy handled? Your personal data is handled with strict confidentiality. Regarding media, photography may occasionally take place for educational or promotional purposes; please inform us in advance if you prefer to opt out, and we will respect your privacy entirely
